Because of changing availability of product in our store and suppliers distribution centers any item ordered at recordandtapetraders.com may require more than 2-5 days to fulfill. Some products may no longer be available. If an item is no longer available the order for that item will be cancelled and you will be notified via e-mail.

Please also note that all CD, DVD, and Video Game new release information including new release availability dates and product information is subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to limit quantities on any transaction to one and to cancel any order for any reason at any time. We will not complete the charge on your credit card until your product has actually shipped. This is a retail consumer site and we do not sell to dealers.

Recordandtapetraders.com generally ships all in stock product within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order. Orders placed after 8AM (PTZ) will not be processed until the following day. If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we generally hold the entire order until that item becomes available.

Your order may be shipped in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.

Any order for an item that is not yet available from the manufacturer will be shipped when the item is released. We will not complete the charge on your credit card until the date of shipment.

Pre-ordered product will be shipped out as the release date approaches.  Recordandtapetraders.com ships pre-ordered product for arrival as close to the release date as is possible. Pre-ordered product is shipped through USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and DHL Global Mail, and is not guaranteed to arrive on the release date.

Packages may ship from various shipping locations within the U.S.

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from recordandtapetraders.com, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. International customers and customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Recordandtapetraders.com will gladly return any defective or unopened item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Recordandtapetraders.com does not accept returns of any opened CD, DVD, or Video Game that is not defective. All other product must be returned with the original package, components, booklets, and packing materials to qualify for defective return. We will replace defective merchandise with the same item only.

Purchases made at recordandtapetraders.com may only be returned at our on-line store. Record & Tape Traders retail locations will not accept a return of an on-line purchase.
